Return Policy

All our prices are in £ sterling and all goods must be pain for in full before dispatch.  All goods remain the property of ownmadecards until goods are paid for in full.

All goods will be ready for dispatch within 3 working days, so please allow enough time for us to produce your goods or gifts, and then a bit more for delivery.  ownmaecards will not be held responsable for any late deliveries.  Any deliveries not received by the customer within 5 working days of dispatch must be reported to ownmadecards by email.  Failure to notify ownmadecards will result in ownmadecards not accepting any responability for goods not received.

No goods are sold on a sale or return basis.  The custom has no rights to reject or return the goods without consent from ownmadecards.  All personalized items may not be exchanged or refunded, (unless faulty).

Damaged goods must be reported to ownmadecards within 48hours of arrival.  Please mark email as urgent.  Failure to do this will result in ownmadecards not accepting responability and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.  ownmadecards will pay for the goods to be collected and upon receipt of the goods will decide to either refund or re-make the goods.

ownmadecards will not be held responsable for any spelling errors made by the customer.
